Leadership: About

The Social Ambassador Leadership Program 

works with corporate and nonprofit organizations whose mission is to arm their members and employees with the tools and skills to be less stressed and more confident communicating and connecting with others.  The result? Participants become more engaged, create stronger relationships and are more successful at school, work, and home.  


As a values based leadership program,
participants create their Personal Value Statement. They learn about Communication StylesLove Languages, Gratitude, Character, Mindset, Emotions, and Boundaries just to name a few.

Participants strengthen their relationship skills and create stronger more inclusive relationships within their families, community, and workplace. 


Social Ambassadors gain a high level of awareness and understanding

about themselves enabling them to better understand and support others.  Better understanding leads to more empathetic and rich relationships, personally and professionally.


Social Ambassadors learn how they add value and can confidently advocate

for themselves and others who may not have found their voice (yet!). 

Social Ambassadors include their families

in many of the activities resulting in growth, connection and better relationships for the entire family.
